November 1, 2009 – Fast Genetics, a pig genetics company located in Saskatoon, SK, Canada has signed an agreement to expand multiplication of its product in the US Midwest. Fast Genetics has completed a new multiplication agreement with F&R Swine of Whitewater, KS. The business arrangement with F&R Swine will increase distribution of breeding stock for Fast Genetics in the states of Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, and Iowa.

“This increase in multiplication in a key strategic location will improve our ability to service our growing customer base throughout the United States” says Phil Dykstra, Sales and Multiplication Manager for Fast Genetics. The F&R system will focus on production of parent females for re-sale to commercial pork production operations in the surrounding states.
